1. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests after this period cannot be accommodated.

2. Eligible Items for Return

Only products that are damaged during transit are eligible for return.
Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

3. How to Claim a Return

Record an unboxing video showing the product condition and packaging.

Provide your order ID and unboxing video for verification.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via online transfer, such as UPI or bank transfer.
Refunds are not issued in cash or store credit.

5. Return Shipping Charges

We cover all shipping costs for returned items that are eligible.

6. Replacement Option

Customers may choose a replacement product instead of a refund, if preferred.

7. Damaged/Defective Items

Only items damaged during transit are eligible for return or replacement.
Ensure you record an unboxing video to claim the return.

8. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Only refunds or replacements are available.

10. Required Proof

To process any return or refund, you must provide:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video clearly showing product condition and damage
